Physician supervised 6-month
medical weight loss program
- Initial consultation with physician: You’ll receive an in-depth weight intake and history. This will allow us to create a tailored plan based on your unique needs and circumstances. We will discuss and set your health goals. If appropriate, we may initiate evidence-based medications to support your weight loss journey.
- Monthly visits with physician: We will address medication efficacy (if applicable), troubleshoot any struggles, and provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and mindset / behavioral counseling.
- Group coaching sessions with your health coach via Zoom: These interactive sessions will cover a range of topics but also give you a chance to not only troubleshoot any struggles but to share and celebrate wins together as a group.
- Access to private Facebook group where we will foster a community of support and accountability by sharing our wins and overcoming our struggles. We will be posting weekly challenges and share recipe ideas.
